Auric Shelter

This piece is an installation created by Takizawa while attending the University of Hawaii at Manoa. The shell-like structure stands eleven feet tall and consists of over three hundred custom colored panels. Using chromotherapy studies, Takizawa selected colors that would best cast stress-relieving colored light.
